"I'm just back home from my latest ski expedition to Kangchenjunga (8586m) in Nepal. Together with my Norwegian partner Jörgen Aamot I tried to make the first ski descent of the third highest mountain in the world. Unfortunately we were forced back by heavy snowfall and had to give up the summit. Anyway, the expedition gave me good confidence for the future and I will be back next year to make a new attempt on Kangchenjunga." - Fredrik Ericsson
